40STD series low temperature chiller is a series of products developed, designed and manufactured by H.Stars for refrigeration, refrigeration, food processing, quick freezing, industrial cooling and other industries. The unit has 350 standard specifications and is divided into five types according to the evaporation temperature. Each model has 70 standard specifications. The cooling range is 14200 kcal/h ~2036600 kcal/h, and the frozen aqueous solution temperature range is -35~10 °C. In addition to the standard specifications, various non-standard units can be customized according to user requirements. In addition, we can also produce salt water, high voltage and other power supply products.

1, Efficient
◆ The unit adopts twin-screw compressor to match the high-efficiency condenser produced by the star with the evaporator and the inlet expansion valve. The four components are perfectly matched.
◆ The unit is equipped with a stellar patented heat recovery unit. The heat recoverable under low temperature conditions is 30%-80% of the cooling capacity, and the maximum water temperature of the hot water can reach 70°C.
◆ When heat is recovered, the overall efficiency of the unit can be increased by 5%.
